Volunteering:
At ACS we believe partnering with you is vital to your child’s success as well as to a healthy school. If you are interested in volunteering at ACS, whether in your student’s classroom, chaperoning a field trip, or helping at an ACS event, you will need to fill out a Volunteer Application and Background Check Authorization Form. The volunteer application is a yearly form, however the background check needs to be submitted every Three years. If you need to know if you have a current background check on file, please login to your FACTS family portal and click on the Webforms and "Volunteer Status Check". In addition to the application and background check, you will need to read the ACS Volunteer and Child Abuse Prevention Policies as well as go through the Child Abuse Prevention Training found in the ACS Volunteer Policies/Training Info packet.
