Financial Aid applications may be submitted after February 1st.
Albany Christian School offers Financial Aid for grades K-8. Our FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment service conducts the financial need analysis for all Financial Aid applicants. Their analysis is then filtered through the ACS Scholarship Team for a second review, so they can consider individual family situations. Financial Aid awards are then determined on a standardized scale with individual those family situations considered. In general, awards will not exceed 50% of the tuition cost. (Financial Aid does not cover Registration fees.)
Service Participation Requirement:
The Financial Aid that ACS offers to families is one way ACS attempts to partner with parents to deepen our commitment to one another. As ACS demonstrates a partnership-commitment to families through the awarding of Financial Aide funds, ACS in turn, expects Financial Aid recipients to contribute 15 hours of service back to the school as their means of demonstrating their partnership-commitment to the school. Financial Aid recipients will be required to submit a Service Participation Log at the end of each school year in order to be considered eligible to apply for Financial Aid for the following year. Before applying for Financial Aid through FACTS, families must first complete the Enrollment Process: 1.Submit an Application, 2. Complete a Student Assessment, 3.Submit an Enrollment Packet including the Enrollment Fee and a signed Tuition Contract. (If a mutually agreeable financial award is not forthcoming, the ACS Enrollment Fee is refundable.) Families applying for Financial Aid will receive placement letters by May 1. Students applying for Financial Aid will be placed in the class holding their spot while their Financial Aid application is being processed.

To submit a Financial Aid application, FACTS will charge each family a $35 processing fee.
Families must apply for Financial Aid each year by March 31st, even if they received Financial Aid in previous years.
Once an online Financial Aid application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
- Copies of your current year Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your previous years Tax forms & W-2.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in PDF format online. Documentation can also be faxed to 1-866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID, which you will receive during the online application process, on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
