CURRENT FAMILY RE-ENROLLMENT
The early window for currently enrolled families to re-enroll is open from February 1st-14th each year.
Parents will receive an email with re-enrollment instructions prior to the opening of the early re-enrollment window.

Pre-registration* application forms for Kindergarten, 1st grade and 6th grade will be accepted January 15th-24th each year.
Parents will receive an email with pre-registration information prior to January 15th.

*Due to enrollment limitations, starting for the 2025-26 school year, the re-enrollment process will include a pre-registration application form to determine enrollment eligibility for returning students going into Kindergarten, 1st grade and 6th grade.

Since ACS is a ministry of WCC, ACS will be committed to re-enrolling families who are WCC members and to those who demonstrate partnership with ACS through their longevity in enrollment, volunteering, good financial standing and overall cooperation.

​NEW FAMILY ENROLLMENT
New student applications will be accepted starting March 1st at 10:00am for the following school year.

To apply, you will need to create a FACTS Family Application Account and submit an individual application for each student you would like to enroll.
​(a $25 application fee will be required for each application submitted)
If you already have a FACTS Family Application Account, you may access your Application(s) at any time.
If you need your FACTS Family Application Account reactivated, please contact the school office.​

Application Process:

• Step 1.   Submit new family enrollment application - beginning March 1st.
• Step 2.   ACS will conduct any necessary academic testing and meet with parents (K-8 only).
• Step 3.   ACS will inform families of waitlist status or give instructions to submit an Enrollment Packet and Enrollment Fee to finalize enrollment.

Student Assessment & Parent Meeting:  
​Incoming Kindergarten-8th grade students will complete an educational assessment and their parents will meet with the administration as part of the enrollment process.

Age Requirements: (by September 1st of the coming year)
Preschool:  3 years old      
Pre-K: 4 years old     
​Kindergarten: 5 years old

Enrollment Fees and Tuition Payments:
An annual Enrollment Fee is to be paid for each student attending ACS. The Enrollment Fee holds your child’s place in class. 
​Enrollment Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable and are not applicable to the next year’s tuition.

​Each family is required to sign a Tuition Contract and set up an AutoPay Plan for tuition during the Enrollment Process.

We offer three tuition payment plan options:
1. A one-time Autopayment setup to pay by September 1st (includes a 2% Tuition discount)
2. A ten-month AutoPay plan with the first payment setup to pay September 1st and the last payment June 1st
3. A twelve-month AutoPay plan with the first payment setup to pay July 1st and the last payment June 1st
