CURRENT FAMILY RE-ENROLLMENT
The early window for currently enrolled families to re-enroll is open from February 1st-14th each year. Parents will receive an email with re-enrollment instructions prior to the opening of the early re-enrollment window. Pre-registration* application forms for Kindergarten, 1st grade and 6th grade will be accepted January 15th-24th each year. Parents will receive an email with pre-registration information prior to January 15th. *Due to enrollment limitations, starting for the 2025-26 school year, the re-enrollment process will include a pre-registration application form to determine enrollment eligibility for returning students going into Kindergarten, 1st grade and 6th grade.
Since ACS is a ministry of WCC, ACS will be committed to re-enrolling families who are WCC members and to those who demonstrate partnership with ACS through their longevity in enrollment, volunteering, good financial standing and overall cooperation. NEW FAMILY ENROLLMENT
New student applications will be accepted starting March 1st at 10:00am for the following school year. To apply, you will need to create a FACTS Family Application Account and submit an individual application for each student you would like to enroll. (a $25 application fee will be required for each application submitted) If you already have a FACTS Family Application Account, you may access your Application(s) at any time. Enrollment Fees and Tuition Payments:
An annual Enrollment Fee is to be paid for each student attending ACS. The Enrollment Fee holds your child’s place in class. Enrollment Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable and are not applicable to the next year’s tuition. Each family is required to sign a Tuition Contract and set up an AutoPay Plan for tuition during the Enrollment Process. We offer three tuition payment plan options:
1. A one-time Autopayment setup to pay by September 1st (includes a 2% Tuition discount) 2. A ten-month AutoPay plan with the first payment setup to pay September 1st and the last payment June 1st 3.
