Registration Information

CURRENT FAMILY RE-ENROLLMENT
Each year, the window for currently enrolled families to re-enroll opens in February, on the first business day of the month, and extends through the 14th.

Parents will receive an email with re-enrollment instructions prior to the opening of the
re-enrollment window.


The re-enrollment process will include a pre-registration application form to determine enrollment eligibility for returning students transitioning into Elementary School (Kindergarten) or Middle School (6th grade). Pre-registration* application forms will be accepted
​January 16th-26th. Parents will receive an email with pre-registration information prior to January 16th.

Albany Christian School is committed to re-enrolling families who have demonstrated a partnership with the school through longevity in enrollment, volunteering, good financial standing and overall cooperation.

*Due to enrollment limitations, starting for the 2026-27 school year, the re-enrollment process will include a pre-registration application form to determine enrollment eligibility for returning students going into Kindergarten and 6th grade.

Albany Christian School is committed to re-enrolling families who have demonstrated a partnership with the school through longevity in enrollment, volunteering in school projects, and in maintaining a "good standing" status in the areas of academics, behavioral and finances.

​NEW FAMILY ENROLLMENT 2026-2027
​

New student applications will be accepted starting on the first business day of March each year.

To apply, you will need to create a FACTS Family Application Account and submit an individual application for each student you would like to enroll.
​(a $75 application fee will be required for each application submitted)
If you already have a FACTS Family Application Account, you may access your Application(s) at any time. If you need your FACTS Family Application Account reactivated, please contact the school office.​
Application Process:
  • Step 1.   Submit new family enrollment application - Starting at 10am the first business day of March
  • Step 2.   ACS will conduct academic assessment and schedule to meet with parents (K-8 only).
  • Step 3.   ACS will inform families of waitlist status or give instructions to submit an Enrollment Packet and Enrollment Fee to finalize enrollment.
Student Assessment & Parent Meeting:  
​Incoming Kindergarten-8th grade students will complete an educational assessment and their parents will meet with the administration as part of the enrollment process.
Age Requirements: (by Sept 1 of the coming year)
Preschool:  3 years old      
Pre-K: 4 years old     
​Kindergarten: 5 years old
​Albany Christian School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Albany Christian School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Enrollment Fees and Tuition Payments:
An annual enrollment fee is to be paid for each student attending ACS. The enrollment fee holds your child’s place in their grade level classroom. 
​Enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable and are not applicable to the next year’s tuition.

Each family is required to sign a tuition contract and set up an autopay plan for tuition during the enrollment process.
We offer three tuition payment plan options:
1. A one-time auto-pay setup to pay by the end of September (includes a 2% Tuition discount).
2. A ten-month auto-pay plan with the first payment setup to pay in September with the last payment in June.
3. A twelve-month auto-pay plan with the first payment setup to pay in July and the last payment in June.
