SCHOOL YEAR CHILDCARE
We offer Childcare before and after school hours for our students.  Below are the times it will be available.  
A $75 Registration Fee will be required to register for childcare.

Childcare for Preschoolers:
7:00am-8:50am (Before School)
11:45am-5:30pm (After School)

Childcare for Kindergartners:
7:00am-8:50am (Before School)
8:50am-11:45am (AM Kinder Club*) PM Kindergartners only
11:45am-3:30pm (PM Kinder Club*) AM Kindergartners only
3:30pm-5:30pm (After School)
Kinder Club is a structured childcare for Kindergarten students.
It is charged the same as Before and After School childcare based on hours present.
Space is limited in Kinder Club and it is reserved for students who plan to utilize it on a regular basis.

Childcare for 1st-8th grade:
7:00am - 8:50am (Before School)
3:30pm - 5:30pm (After School)

Registration Process: 
​ACS Families will be able to register for Childcare for the 2024-25 school year by submitting the "School Year Childcare Registration Form 24-25" found in their FACTS family portal under the Webform menu.
*Kinder Club students will register for Kinder Club childcare during the Enrollment Process which includes the use of Before and After School childcare as well.

SUMMER CHILDCARE
We offer Summer Childcare during the summer months. Students do not have to be currently attending ACS to join us for the summer.

Our Summer Childcare hours are 7:00am - 5:30pm. Please check back for start and end dates for the summer childcare program.

Summer Child Care is charged by the hour at $4.75 per hour.​
A $75 Registration Fee* will be required to register for summer childcare.
*ACS Students using childcare (including Kinder Club) during the previous school year will not need to pay the summer childcare registration fee.

Register by submitting the "Summer Childcare Registration" webform ​found in your FACTS Family Portal under the Webform menu item.

​​Register through the FACTS application process by following these steps:

1. Click on the button below to Create a FACTS application account. 
2. You will receive an email with a link to "Verify Account"
3. Click that link and use the username and password you setup to login.
4. Click the link to "Create a New Student Application".
5. Choose "SCC - Summer Childcare" for the grade.
6. Follow the prompts to submit your Summer Childcare Application.
