Elementary and Middle School Admissions

Current Student Registration Process:
For current students, you will re-enroll within the FACTS system from year-to-year.  Current Student re-enrollment starts February 1st. You will receive an email with instructions when re-enrollment has begun.  If you have any questions regarding the registration process, please contact the school office at 541-928-1110 or office@albanychristian.org.  Thank you for continuing to partner with us in the education of your child. New Student Registration Process:
For new students, you may apply beginning March 1st. You will register on FACTS by creating an Admissions Account and an individual application for each student. Click on the New Family Application button below to get started. We will be happy to help you better understand our enrollment process and help you with any questions you may have.

Application Process
  • Step 1.   ACS accepts applications for enrollment beginning March 1st for new families.
  • Step 2.   ACS will conduct any necessary academic testing, review application packets for completion.
  • Step 3.   ACS will inform families of waitlist status or give instructions to submit an enrollment packet including a signed Tuition Contract and Enrollment Fee.  Enrollment Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Grades 1-8:
First time students in grades 1–8 will be given an educational assessment. In addition to completing the assessment, prospective students and their parents must meet with the administration.

Kindergarten:
Children entering Kindergarten should be 5 years old, by September 1st of the coming school year in accordance with the Public School deadline. All incoming Kindergarten students will receive a readiness screening to determine whether they will be successful in our program and should be admitted. Students entering Kindergarten will be required to provide an immunization form for our files upon entering school.

Enrollment Fees:
An annual Enrollment Fee is to be paid for each student attending ACS (PS-8). Enrollment Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  A separate registration fee is also required for those students using Child Care and the Summer Child Care program. The Enrollment Fee holds your child’s place in class.  It is not applicable to the next year’s tuition and is non-refundable unless the school cannot accept the child for enrollment.
Tuition:
Tuition Payment options:
1. a one-time AutoPay plan setup to pay by the first day of school with a 2% discount
2. a ten-month AutoPay plan with the first payment setup to pay September 1st and the last payment June 1st
3. a twelve-month AutoPay plan with the first payment setup to pay July 1st and the last payment June 1st  

Each family is required to sign a Tuition Contract and set up an AutoPay Plan when the Enrollment Packet is turned in.  
 
Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of the month.  At the end of a fifteen day grace period, a late fee will be assessed each month on the delinquent amount.  If payment becomes 30 days delinquent, the account will be referred to the School Board. The School Board will establish a special payment plan in order for the family to remain in school. While a family is on a special payment plan, no late fees will be assessed to the account. Failure to meet the terms established by the School Board will result in removal of the student from classes until the account is cleared. After 90 days, families who do not make payment or establish a special payment plan for their outstanding balance will be sent to collections.
